What is Buddhism about?
Buddhism entails various methodologies design to learn how to stop suffering. That can be accomplished trough continuous practice, study, introspection and meditation that will eventually change confused mental states that produce wrong interpretations of reality for clear ones. The basis of the Buddhist practice is the ethics of not harming and to be of benefit to others and one self, as much as possible. Gradually reducing our own suffering as well as the confusion that produces it, we will better equipped to help others more efficiently. Deeply exploring own on mind we find the obscurations that cover it preventing us to be happy and then we unveil it to discover our true nature.
